Thanks for your interest in scheduling your appointment online. Please remember when scheduling an appointment that that I like to leave a one hour window for actual arrival time.
This means that if you set your appointment for 1:00 pm, I will arrive between 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
However, keep in mind that I will call ahead and let you know when I am within 15 minutes of arrival. Most on-site calls can be completed in one hour. However, many times virus and trojan removal can run between 1.5 to 2 hours. Please make your appointment for 1.5 hours if you think you have a virus. You will only be charged for the actual time, but this will allow for a more realistic schedule for me.
For special needs or to book an appointment that will be over 2 hours, please call to have me set the appointment.
