What features do Premium and Professional offer above the free version?

Premium and Professional both offer advanced customization and features to support business scheduling:

Premium also includes sending text message reminders to clients for appointments, and sending you appointment notifications.

What is the difference between the Premium & Professional?

The Premium plan gives you all the features of Professional, but also includes the ability to have unlimited different schedules and send text message reminders. Calendars let you have several different schedules for multiple staff, locations, etc. Professional only allows for one schedule.

Can I cancel or change my plan later?

Just go to the "My Profile" under Preferences once you login and you can change or cancel your Acuity Scheduling plan any time at no cost. Canceling your account will cancel your subscription and downgrade your scheduling account to free. All your appointments and settings are preserved if you choose to upgrade again later.

Can I pay for my account yearly instead of monthly?

Yes, accounts can be paid for yearly. This is done in special cases, if you are interested please contact support.

How long has Acuity Scheduling been in business?

We've been in business since 2003 doing web development and consulting. Acuity Scheduling has been around since August 2006. We are stable and profitable, so you can rely on Acuity Scheduling for years to come.

Are there any other charges?

There are no setup, cancellation, or extra usage fees. If you use payment processing a small amount (usually 30 cents + 2.9%) is charged by PayPal.
