Beginning January 1st, 2024 - I will ONLY be accepting
NEW Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Clients & Post-Op Clients for in-office appointments

As my services are specialized, I am currently booking out around 2 weeks.- If you are planning for surgical recovery, please keep this in mind.

You may consider booking 2 appointments per week for the first 2 weeks after surgery- ahead of time so that you are able to get the appointments you need just after surgery.

I will not be accepting new Massage Therapy clients at that time.
But I will continue to see existing clients for massage therapy.

If you have an older gift certificate for massage therapy and have not been to my office before - please reach out by text or email to make arrangements with me to schedule and use your certificate.

For the time being, I'm asking still all clients - both returning and new to complete questions specific to COVID-19 symptoms before every single session.

Masks are currently optional within my office.
In full transparency, I received a recent COVID Booster vaccine & a flu vaccine on September 25, 2023.

*If you have an immunocompromised system - please reach out to me so that I can mask well and prepare for your session in a way that would make you feel safest.*

**Additionally, if you are not immunocompromised there is a client booked later in the day, (after you) who has immunocompromised family members I may also ask you to wear a mask while face up and while talking in my office.**

These measures help me make informed choices that help protect you, myself, and other clients. - As a professional practitioner who is an adjunct to Western healthcare, it is my top priority to "do no harm."

My current office hours for 2024 are:
Monday / Wednesday /Friday 10:30 am - 5:30 pm
AND
2 Saturdays per month

Cancer Recovery & Secondary Lymphedema, Auto-Immune Issues, Lipedema, and General Wellness

I also offer "Pre-Op" Lymphatic Drainage to help you prepare for surgery, as well as Fibrosis Evaluation and Treatment.

Please Book Your Sessions Accordingly.

*Please note that online scheduling is limited to 16 hours ahead of time so that I can adjust my schedule accordingly and properly prepare for your appointment.*

• NEW Clients, please choose from the "**NEW CLIENTS**" section.
  • Please fill out the health history forms when prompted, and check that you have agreed to the office policies.
  • You will want to plan on being in the office for the time amount you've selected, plus 15 minutes (as needed) for the consultation. Optimally my goal is for you to arrive and leave my office feeling relaxed and at ease.
  • **Please check your confirmation email to receive information about my office location and parking.**
    
    
  • If possible please make sure to arrange for childcare during your session. - My office is located within "The Sanctuary at West End" - which is intended to be a space of quiet reflection and healing. Additionally, my therapy room tends to be quiet & boring for little ones who have to sit still for an hour to an hour & a half.
    
    *If you end up needing to bring a child with you, please make sure that they have something to keep them entertained and are old enough to be able to regulate their voices & noise levels in a quiet space. Thank you.
  • All Sessions are "all-inclusive" - meaning that tipping is not necessary. My rates ensure that I am taken care of and that you get everything you need for your session.

• I do use some creams that may be lightly scented with natural essential oils. -
  **If you are sensitive to scents and essential oils, please let me know beforehand, I will attempt to accommodate your needs as best I can, in order to make you comfortable.
• Select aromatherapy/essential oils may be incorporated by request during your appointment including : Lavender, Wild Orange, Rose, Eucalyptus, Palo Santo, Peppermint, Tea Tree/Lemongrass.
